As each vanity and island is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us-if you encounter a problem with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Any item from our studio that has been customized in any way, including but not limited to: dyes, paints, sizing or personalization are not eligible for return or exchange.
In the event of a defect or manufacturing problem with your custom vanity, please contact us within 1 day of delivery. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, repair or replace the item to ensure that the product meets our quality standards.
