Please e-mail us at jeremyfruitfurniture@gmail.com to make an appointment. The consultation can be done over the phone or in person at our workshop. During this meeting, we'll discuss your vision, requirements and any specific details you have in mind for your custom piece.

Be sure to provide us with your desired budget, ideal timeline, approximate dimensions and a few inspirational photos.

Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we will create a proposal for your bespoke project. This will include materials and estimated time for completion. We'll also provide a cost estimate for approval.

A $500 deposit will be required once the estimate has been approved. This will be used for your project design and 3D CAD drawings. Some time later, when we're ready to order the materials for your project, a second deposit of 50% of the project will be required.

Once all the details have been finalized and the first deposit received, we'll start the building process. We will build your custom piece, paying attention to every detail and guaranteeing the highest level of quality. Throughout the building phase, we'll keep you informed of the progress of your order.

The final payment is required before your creation makes its way to you. You will receive photos for visual inspection before receiving the final invoice. You are also welcome to visit our workshop to view the piece before delivery.

Once your custom fabrication is complete, we'll schedule delivery. We'll take care of transportation and make sure your part is delivered safely and securely to your desired location. We want to provide you with a smooth, hassle-free delivery experience.

Local pick-up is available for furniture that does not require installation.

We can also offer installation for an additional charge, which will be added to the final invoice. You can also opt to have your contractor do the installation.

Before we consider the project complete, we'll perform a final inspection to make sure everything meets your expectations. We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom fabrication, and we'll address any concerns or issues promptly. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Please note that all furniture and cabinets must be paid for in full before leaving the workshop for delivery.
